DESCRIPTION:Please join us for a very special weekend in preparation for th
 e Festival of Shavuot!  We are so excited to be having two scholars-in-re
 sidence\, Rabbi Linda Motzkin and Rabbi Jonathan Rubenstein bring us "Bre
 ad and Torah” to brighten our Shabbat and Shavuot experiences.\n\nTheir

 al sustenance in Jewish life\, Bread and Torah Programs are creative\, ha
 nds-on learning experiences that combine traditional Jewish scribal arts a
 nd bread making with Jewish spiritual teachings and practices”\n\nPartic
 ipate in the Community Torah Project with Rabbi Linda who is one of the 
 first generation of sofrot (female Torah scribes). We will learn about t
 he making of Torah scrolls\, about the Community Torah Project itself\, an
 d have the opportunity to participate in the process by proofreading panel
 s of Torah. All are welcome to participate\; even those with no knowledge
