Join us after the Shabbat service from 12:15 to 1:15 pm at TES while TES Historian, Carol Sunahara, shares the story of the early Jewish settlers to Jacksonville. Enjoy a light lunch and learn about these young settlers from Bavaria, Germany, Poland, some by way of Panama and Nicaragua. You will find out why our cemetery is in Jacksonville as well as the part these early Jewish merchants and businessmen played in the Rogue Indian Wars.
