Dear Friends,
2023 marks an important year for Temple Emek Shalom. 50 years ago the Jewish community of the Rogue Valley, led by Dick Heimann, of blessed memory, and others, started what would become Temple Emek Shalom. We will be hosting a number of events throughout 2023 to honor our founders and early leaders and celebrate 50 years with our growing community.
On March 17, TES will host its second Shabbat Across the Valley throughout Southern Oregon – from Grants Pass to Ashland, from the Applegate Valley to Medford – in members’ homes for old and new friends. Ben Bellinson and David Sherman will be helping coordinate this event. If you are interested in participating – as an attendee or host, please contact Ben or David.
