RPC Tasks and Objectives:
- Make recommendations to the TES Board regarding policy on religious practices matters.
- Organize and facilitate religious observances throughout the year.
- Provide religious services that are welcoming and inclusive, allowing for meaningful experiences for all congregants while upholding and honoring Jewish traditions and ritual practices.
- Oversee the care and maintenance of our three Torah scrolls.
The work of RPC:
- Shabbat morning Torah services were held almost every Saturday.
- Shabbat Shirah services and Kabbalat musical services throughout the year.
- Morning Shacharit services were held every Tuesday morning and every Friday morning.
- Community Passover Seder in person and in our building!
- We observe Selichot, Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Sukkot, Simchat Torah, Chanukah, Purim, Passover, Yom HaShoah, Yom Ha’atzma’ut, Shavuot.
- We celebrate B’Mitzvahs.
- An RPC subcommittee continues their work on creating a transliterated version of our TES siddur.
